Consistency in Compliance
Food safety is ensured throughout development and production with the help of inspections and system validations. These validations include reviewing manufacturing procedures and selective verification of the final product from the laboratory.
Compliance in the laboratory is streamlined when FDA 21 CFR Part 11 is integrated into the instrument operating system. Electronic signature, audit trail, secure user administration and many more features are available to ensure consistency in compliance.
Metrohm Ti-Touch
Compliance is important but, it doesn’t have to be complicated. That’s why we took our most comfortable, easy-to-use titrator and expanded it with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulation.
With a color touch screen, method shortcuts and the ability to add a second titration stand, consistency in compliance has never been easier.
New EU Labeling Laws Demand Consistency
A new food labeling law took effect in the EU in mid-December as compliance with Regulation No. 116/2011 now applies. Carbohydrate content is an important part of this new law.
The unique separation chemistry of Metrohm Ion Chromatography makes the separation and determination of the sugars which are generally present in food easy: glucose, galactose, fructose, lactose, sucrose, and maltose fast and reliable. This application demonstrates carbohydrate determination in commercial food products.
